A component that fits on the first try is not luck. It is the result of a supplier that read the drawing correctly, held the tolerance, and shipped on the date it promised.
Since 2004, Jiangsu Shenya Electromechanical Co., Ltd. has built its business on exactly that discipline. We design, develop, manufacture and assemble precision machined parts, precision sheet metal components, tooling fixtures and complete electromechanical equipment for equipment builders in the high-end elevator, semiconductor, lithium battery new energy and energy storage industries. For overseas buyers and distributors sourcing from China, we are the kind of partner that removes a category of risk from the supply chain rather than adding one.
One Supplier Across Machining, Sheet Metal and Assembly
Most sourcing headaches start at the seams between vendors. A machined bracket comes from one shop, the sheet metal enclosure from another, the fixture from a third, and nobody owns the fit at final assembly. We built our operation to close those seams.
Our scope covers four connected capabilities:
Precision machined parts — turned and milled components produced to drawing, for mechanical structures, transmission elements, mounting interfaces and functional hardware where dimensional consistency matters more than raw volume.
Precision sheet metal components — formed, welded and finished parts and enclosures for equipment frames, covers, cabinets and structural assemblies. Sheet metal work is judged on flatness, hole position and how the finished part behaves once it is bolted to something else. That is where we focus.
Tooling and fixtures — jigs, checking fixtures and production tooling designed and built in-house. This matters for buyers because fixture design directly controls whether a part is repeatable at all. When the tooling and the part come from the same engineering team, the tolerance stack is owned by one party instead of argued over by two.
Complete electromechanical equipment — assembly of mechanical and electrical sub-systems into tested, delivery-ready units, so buyers can receive a module instead of a box of loose parts and a set of drawings.
Three Facilities, One Working Standard
Our organisation runs across three operating entities, each with a defined role:
Jiangsu Shenya Electromechanical Co., Ltd. — the Jiangsu production base and the company's manufacturing core.
Shanghai Zuojin Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. — the Shanghai factory, supporting precision machining requirements.
Shanghai Heya Precision Mould Co., Ltd. — the branch company handling mould and tooling work.
For an international customer, this structure means capacity is not concentrated in a single building or a single machine. It also means a project can move between machining, sheet metal and tooling without leaving the group — a practical advantage when a design changes late in the programme and several process steps have to be re-sequenced quickly.
The Jiangsu facility is a modern multi-storey industrial building with a full-height glazed curtain wall, light-coloured cladding and a landscaped frontage — the kind of plant that reflects long-term investment in equipment and working conditions rather than a temporary workshop. Buyers who visit see production floors, inspection areas and assembly space in one location.
Customers Who Do Not Accept Excuses
The clearest statement about a manufacturer is who audits it and who keeps buying. Our client base includes Mitsubishi Electric (Elevator), Mitsubishi Electric Mechanical & Electrical Systems, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric System & Substation Manufacturing Works, Kanetoku Metal, Shanghai Jiaqiang Automation, and KapJin New Energy and HANJUNG of Korea.
These are organisations with formal supplier qualification processes, drawing control systems and zero tolerance for undocumented process changes. Working with them for years has shaped how we operate: specifications are confirmed in writing, revisions are tracked, and a question about a dimension gets answered with a measurement rather than an opinion.
Application Scenarios
High-end elevator systems. Elevator equipment demands components that fit precisely and behave predictably over a long service life — door mechanisms, guide interfaces, brackets, panels and structural hardware. Our machining and sheet metal work supports this segment directly.
Semiconductor equipment. Semiconductor tools are built around tight mechanical tolerances and stable part geometry. Fixtures, frames and precision components that shift after installation create calibration problems downstream, which is why process repeatability is the priority in this segment.
Lithium battery and new energy equipment. Battery line equipment moves fast through many cycles, and the mechanical parts have to survive that. We produce the machined and sheet metal elements that keep modules aligned and equipment frames rigid.
Energy storage equipment. Storage cabinets and racks combine sheet metal structure, machined interfaces and assembly work — a natural fit for a supplier that handles all three in one programme.
How an Order Actually Runs
Enquiries start with drawings and requirements. Our engineering team reviews the files for manufacturability before quoting — flagging tolerances that are tighter than the function requires, features that could be produced more reliably with a small design change, and any specification that needs clarification. Buyers receive a quotation built on a reviewed drawing, not a guess.
From there the programme moves through tooling where needed, first-article verification, production, inspection and assembly. Parts are packed for export and documented so that receiving staff on the other side know exactly what is in the crate.
Our stated commitment is simple: uphold credit, keep innovating on process, and supply high-quality products with supporting service on a continuous and stable basis. For a distributor, stability is the product. A supplier that performs identically in month one and month twenty is worth more than one that wins on price and loses on the fourth shipment.
Start With a Drawing
If you are an equipment builder, OEM or distributor looking for a manufacturing partner in China for machined parts, sheet metal components, fixtures or assembled electromechanical units, send us your drawings and requirements. We will tell you what we can make, how we would make it, and what we need from you to quote accurately.
